You shall join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.
• Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. Responsibilities

· Collaborating with and supporting the technical communications between the Customer, various MPW group resources (E.g. LTSA Program Manager, Technical Advisors dispatched by MPW, Field Services, Engineering) and Local Vendors (E.g. Labour, Onsite Machining, Workshop and other Third Party Services) during each Planned or Unplanned Maintenance.

· Supporting the achievement of MPW’s common goals with the Customer including but not limiting to health and safety, environmental protection, customer satisfaction, unit availability, reliability, performance and emissions.

· Presenting and discussing with the Customer the scope and planning of Planned/ Unplanned Maintenance.

· Actively contributing to maintenance planning meetings, pre-outage and post-outage meetings between the Customer and MPW, confirming repair status with Repair Facilities.

· Supporting the Customer in the selection of spare parts to be kept on stock, aiming to increase the timely availability of necessary spare parts while optimizing inventory costs.

· Helping the Customer in selecting tools and equipment required for maintenance of the Covered Equipment.

· Coordinating and supporting the efficient dispatch of Parts and Technical Advisory Services.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field

· 8 years of proven related work experience, preferably in the Power or Process Industries.

· Previous site work experience in Long Term Service Agreements, plant commissioning, field service, and/or maintenance and overhaul of GTCC power plants or industrial plants rotating equipment is preferable.

· Previous customer facing experience where there is regular interaction with plant personnel to provide troubleshooting support and to resolve problems.

Position Description

JERAGM is embarking on a transition from a CTRM-centric technology architecture to a data-centric model, termed as the Digital Data Hub (DDH), to enhance scalability and stability. The first phase involves the integration of a new event-based, near real-time Risk system called Topaz.

The primary objectives for JERAGM include decoupling from the existing CTRM system (Allegro) and establishing a long-term, purpose-built platform to integrate multiple systems, services, and business operations seamlessly, quickly, and cost-effectively in the future.

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to assist in this multi-year programme of work.

In this role, the software engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering production-quality software for the DDH platform. They will also play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our production systems and troubleshooting any issues to support the company's business operations.

Position purpose

As a Software Engineer at JERAGM, you will:

• Participate in the evolution and maintenance of our DDH platform.

• Develop new features and troubleshoot issues in a decentralized, microservices-based architecture, encompassing data integration services, APIs for both end-users and IT systems, real-time data processors, and web applications.

• Develop, maintain, and upgrade tools to ensure optimal observability across the platform, including user interfaces, analytics, and reporting systems.

• Actively participate in Level 2 production support. Ensure timely response and resolution of critical incidents affecting system availability.

• Exhibit a strong engineering focus and a commitment to quality delivery, while navigating time constraints, risks, and costs in our fast-paced, results-driven trading environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience

As a Software Engineer at JERAGM, you must have the following experience:

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and supporting production systems.

• Proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, demonstrating in-depth expertise in:
  • Event-driven architecture and data processing, utilizing frameworks such as Azure Event Hubs or Apache Kafka.
  • Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills within the .NET environment, including performance optimization and monitoring.

• In-depth understanding of microservices-based systems, including designing, deploying and managing distributed, scalable services.

• Experience in investigating, troubleshooting and developing API systems, including both REST and GRPC. Familiarity with industry-standard tools commonly used for API development, such as Postman.

• Experience with both relational and document-based databases, with strong SQL expertise; experience with Cosmos DB is highly preferred.
