• Travel to customer sites (including international sites) to provide hands-on technical support.
• Dynamic work-shifts may be required on need basis.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.
• Experience in software testing and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Strong software troubleshooting skills in Windows and Linux Environment.
• Experience in automation software support and maintenance is an advantage.
• Ability to develop software scripts and troubleshooting tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM and SEMI standards is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases, including MSSQL, MySQL and Oracle is an added advantage.
