• Permanent Position : Regional Service Engineer
• Salary :Attractive Remuneration + Bonus + Traveling Aowances
• Location : West (Kent Ridge)
• Working Hours : Office Hours, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of mass spectrometry equipment or system.
• Manage technical service matters including but limited to warranty claims from customers.
• Provide technical solutions and expertise to support regional partners' engineers via both onsite and remote modes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electronic and electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in regional technical support role.
• Must be able travel in the Asia Pacific region.
• Familiarity with remote technical support is desirable.
• Prior experience with Mass Spectrometry (MS) or Time of Flight (TOF) will be a distinct advantage.
