Overall Summary:

Network Engineer will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems. He/She manages project resource allocation and develops infrastructure implementation, operations and maintenance engineers; scopes out policies and sets performance expectations. Key Responsibilities

Ordering

• Consolidate bespoke customer orders and prepare accurate ordering calendars.
• Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Process container orders and handle final documentation.
• Draft and manage stock orders.

Receiving & Fulfilment

• Liaise with the buying and warehouse teams to coordinate container processing.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to address lead times, orders, and deliveries.
• Update and correct stock errors, SKU discrepancies, and stock locations/status.
• Handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Stock Management

• Generate and analyze stock and purchasing reports.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, incoming stock dates, and online collections in platforms like Dear and Shopify.
• Identify and address overstocked or understocked items.

Content Management

• Accurately create and update product information, including dimensions, materials, and warranties, in Dear and Shopify.
• Ensure product pages are complete with descriptions, tags, and images in line with company templates.
• Perform regular audits of product content and website layout for quality assurance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, e-commerce, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and inventory management tools such as Dear or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Category Leadership and Value Creation Drive

• Lead with vision, shaping and driving procurement solutions for the Marketing category.
• Assess opportunities, shape, develop Category and Sourcing Strategies and accomplish them for Marketing across Media, Agencies, Production and Materials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and ability to harness data intelligence to derive category insights and opportunities.
• Lead the development and socialising of business cases and cost/benefit analyses to support bottomline optimization, process efficiency opportunities and champion right governance and controls across marketing spends.
• Collaborate and inspire senior stakeholders and peers driving strategic decisions with conviction.
  Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering
• Be the bridge that connects several business stakeholders, understanding unique requirements into common threads of opportunities.

  Procurement Discipline Mastery
• Lead the supplier management process from Sourcing, Bid Management, Contracting, and Supplier Relationship Management for Marketing category
• Draft, improving and driving best possible outcomes in Commercial Contracting
• Lead complex and high value regional strategic sourcing, or provide guidance to direct report or local marketing procurement practitioner peers
• Drive Procurement Strategies in identifying, sizing and implementing Value Creation Initiatives relevant to Marketing Category

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Education: Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Experience: 12 or more years of experience in multiple subcategories (Media, Agencies, Production, Collaterals).

Responsibilities

• Support Deputy Director / Head in management and administration of Whole of Government (WoG) Demand Aggregated (DA) contracts.
• Duplicate of WOG DA contracts from Gebiz into iLMS.
• Work with Ministry of Home Affairs decentralized cataloging agencies in assigning of material and services numbers to the WOG DA contracts items.
• Work with Ministry of Home Affairs cataloging authority in managing the material and service master.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Government sector.
• Experience with SAP and cataloging.
• Experience in procurement management and use of Gebiz would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
