About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join us on this journey. In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will be working on the electrical interfaces of our robot from the design and development phase all the way to manufacturing. You will be developing these solutions alongside our clinical KOLs to produce and test the parts and subsystems that will eventually be integrated into the robotic system. Throughout the process, you will also be involved in the verification and validation testing phase such as producing testers, generating test protocols and reports. Your Qualifications & Experience

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.

Job Title: Application Engineer (Mechanical Background)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Application Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is essential in providing technical and application support for prototype integration/testing and collaborating with our sales team and distributors. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of photonic and optical products, including optical modules, measurement instruments, and other photonic systems. This position bridges the gap between customers, suppliers/manufacturers, the R&D team, and the sales team to ensure excellent technical solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sale technical solutions based on customer requirements and applications.
• Installation & Training: Conduct on-site installations and provide training to customers for the effective use of products.
• Mechanical Design: Design and develop mechanical mounts for optical systems and fixtures as required.
• Sourcing: Source mechanical and electronic components necessary for product integration or customization.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison among customers, suppliers, the R&D team, and the sales team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Training: Provide internal technical training to the sales team when necessary to enhance product knowledge.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, reports, and other required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Prerequisites:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Second Upper Class Honors (or equivalent) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Job Description

• Deployment via JIRA, Job scheduling via control M, basic knowledge in jenkins, bitbucket and artifactory, and reporting.
• Ensure all documents and requirements for UAT/Production implementations are complete with correct details and comply with approval process.
• Support UAT/Production deployments for Unix/Linux/Windows platforms using Rocket Aldon LM(e)
• Check in collections to Aldon via Jenkins
• Investigate and coordinate issues encountered in Jenkins
• Assist other teams on UAT/Production deployment issues related to Aldon
• Raise requests using CRQs in remedy/ SmartIT
• Request deployment setup
• Review and perform SIT/UAT ECP deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience as Release Engineer
• Knowledge/experience in Aldon LMe including setup, ECP
• The successful candidate will have experience with source control tools, setting up servers, working with MQ, CI/CD Tools, build tools etc.
