About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. The role also involves promptly tracking technical inquiries and providing remote support to other Business Centres and distributors, ensuring that all administrative documentation is accurate and complete to enhance efficiency and service quality. As part of IME’s Photonics & Sensors Department, the candidate will take lead for the development of various testing capability for advanced photonics, including but not limited to chip-level and wafer-level testing of optical devices and electro-optical devices.
