Job Summary:

The Validation Engineer is responsible for ensuring that medical devices and manufacturing processes meet required quality standards and regulatory requirements. • The System Engineering discipline understands the needs of the automotive customers and translates them into requirements for the other functional disciplines (e.g. electrical, mechanical, software etc.) for implementation. In the RFQ stage, the System Engineer takes the lead in providing the technical proposals of the product to the customers. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on-site and remotely.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure service delivery.
• Follow up on service requests and relay customer feedback to management.
• Foster and maintain positive client relationships.
• Track and manage fault reports, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Assist the project team during new project deployments.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline with basic knowledge in IT concepts
• Analytical mindset to detect and solve issues
• Skilled at managing multiple requests effectively
• Able to work independently
• Good communications skill with pleasant personality
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts
