We are seeking a proactive and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Business Central, in the Finance department. -To Project management Coordinate with main-con and consultant for drawing submission, material sample submission and meeting with main-con and consultant

-Select appropriate electrical materials to complete designs such as MSB, Distribution lighting fixtures, cable tray layout, lighting and receptade layout, single line diagrams, CCTV, data Telcom operational routing diagram, ELV systems, control schematic and writing diagrams

-Identify discrepancies in tender/contract/IFC drawings and raise queries for clarification, A and A ( R and R) + Constriction Filed

- Attend all operational matters related to the daily running of the project and Handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Testing and commissioning for Electrical apparatus

-QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables

-LV and HV cables sizing calculations and prepare a bill of material

-Planning workforce arrangement and supervision and working planning

-Giving progress reports regularly to teams and monitoring project schedules

Job Responsibility:

1. Project Support:

- Plan, execute, and monitor refurbishment projects within the Capital Area.

- Assist in the execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with Japanese business standards and practices.

2. Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical input on refurbishment designs, materials, and processes.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for refurbishment projects.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, operations, safety and quality assurance.

- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documents, and proposals in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standards pertaining to project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents, and weekly update drawing register form documents controller and distribute to project Quality Assurance personnel.
• Administrates the project's internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of the Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure compliance with the inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Resolves quality-related issues arising from subcontractor and in-house production
• Ensures protection and preservation of various systems
• Ensures updates on electrical completion and mechanical completion progress in the project database
• Assigns the systems to be tested by the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Reviews the quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue improvement notes where necessary
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance working experience, and the offshore or marine industry
