Project Planning & Execution

- Oversee Project Delivery: Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines and budgets, delivering the required quality.
- Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection to meet project requirements.
- Compliance Management: Monitor and enforce adherence to workplace safety, health regulations, quality standards, and relevant legal requirements throughout the project.
Technical Oversight & Coordination
- Design Review & Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction works meet specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Design Optimization: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other tools to analyze and optimize design solutions, ensuring efficiency and feasibility.
Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Supervise Site Activities: Oversee daily site operations, including the management of subcontractors and the labor force to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
- Collaboration with Surveyors & QPs: Liaise with surveyors and Qualified Persons (QP) for site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve On-Site Issues: Address and resolve technical challenges or issues that arise during construction promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to progress.
Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Team Meetings: Lead and participate in regular project team meetings to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Contract & Change Management: Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and amendments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Progress Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key developments and issues.
- Invoice & Payment Tracking: Ensure timely submission of invoices and tracking of payments to manage project finances effectively.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by senior management to support the successful completion of the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management, recognized by BCA.
Experience
- At least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in facade or construction industries.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation tools.

- Positive personality and strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in outdoor construction sites and varying environmental conditions.
