Key Responsibilities

• Conduct procurement activities according to project requirements.
• Implement vendor selection processes to ensure fair competition.
• Assist in reviewing records and information to evaluate the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
• Process purchase orders, work orders, subcontractor contracts, and progress payment claims.
• Compile a list of preferred vendors through selection processes and determine material inventory levels.
• Collect data on potential vendors that meet procurement needs.
• Review proposals and procurement specifications to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
• Support negotiation efforts by providing information on agreed contract terms with preferred vendors.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to facilitate vendor payment processes.
• Participate in key activities within technology projects.

• Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims
• Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
