What you'll do:
As a Regional Contract & Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement strategy of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing sourcing strategies, establishing relationships with suppliers, aligning various objectives to support business goals, conducting audits, negotiating terms with providers and vendors, authorising procurement, finalising purchase details, reviewing contracts, and monitoring key metrics. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Identify and establish relationships with profitable suppliers initiating strategic business partnerships.
- Align procurement, service management, and corporate objectives to support overall business goals.
- Conduct audits on trade documentation and contract terms to mitigate risks.
- Negotiate with internal providers and external vendors to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
- Authorize the procurement of necessary goods and services in line with company policies.
- Finalize purchase details for orders, IT services, and deliveries ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Review and evaluate existing contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency.

- Excellent decision-making skills to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in data collection and analysis to drive procurement strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities to lead and motivate the procurement team.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
