L2 Support Engineer - Contract 1 year (FIRM) +1 year (OPTIONAL)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Incident Logging and Ticket Handling: Log and process incidents, issues, and service requests submitted by users through phone or email in an incident management tool, resolving them in a timely and effective manner according to internal SLA. Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions to help improve future support processes.

b) Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex issues that L1 support cannot resolve. This includes root cause analysis for recurring problems.

c) Server Maintenance: Perform and oversee regular maintenance and upgrades on server

hardware and software for on-prem and cloud servers respectively. Monitor server performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal server operation. Implement configuration changes, system upgrades, and feature enhancements. Support deployments and verify changes in production environments.

d) Server Administration: Manage server and VM configurations, user accounts, and access permissions. Implement security measures to protect servers from unauthorized access and data breaches. Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

e) Monitoring Systems: Use advanced monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users

f) Vendor Coordination: Assist in upkeeping good relationships with IT vendors, including coordinating with them for hardware and software procurement, timely delivery, service engagement, and addressing any issues related to vendor performance.

g) IT Security Support: Respond to security issues such as flagged emails and phishing incidents, conduct threat assessments, and propose resolution to IT Ops Lead and/or HOD IT.

Prepare reports of security incidents and incident reports (where necessary) for submission to management. Procure and ensure firewalls and security support services for HNF network across all sites. Provide support in preparing cybersecurity training materials or in the execution of training sessions for staff.

h) Other Duties as Assigned: Include execution/monitoring of backup jobs, monthly system maintenance, software patch management, and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by IT Ops Lead and/or HOD IT.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance.
• Minimum of 5+ years of L2 technical support experience in a large corporate infrastructure.

ACMV Design/Site Engineer - Job Description

1. System Design: Create and optimise air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including load calculations and equipment selection.

2. Site Supervision: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on-site to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

PFU Asia Pacific Pte Ltd ("PAPL") is assigned as the control center in managing scanner sales and marketing within Southest Asia region.

Join us as Technical Support Engineer to be an integral part of our regional sales team, helping to drive the growth of the Ricoh document scanners.

Responsibilities

1.Post-sales support :

- Provide technical support to partner or customer after purchasing our product.

- Assist technical team of partner and customer to tackle and resolve technical issue.

- Dissemble and assemble scanner according to maintenance manual(training will be provided).

- Train and enable service partner to provide post-sales support to end-user

- Manage and process of warranty claims, demo/standby unit loan, spare part cannibalization, with system and paperwork.

- Installation and configuration of hardware and software products.

2. Pre-sales Support :

- Support sales activity as technical expertise.

- Assist sales team, partner or customer to win and deliver deals.

- Demonstration of hardware and software product.

- Assist in integration of own products with 3rd party solution.

- Training and enable partner on pre-sales technical capabilities.

- slight experience in programming will be advantage.

- Occasional overseas travel is required.

(Average 1 trip per quarter. Mainly to ASEAN, South Asia countries, or Japan)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Procurement Coordinator/Executive is responsible for participating in routine sourcing and purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment and services to deliver on projects involving ships, rigs and/or conversions. He/She typically comes from an engineering background with work experience in prodcution and/or design. He/She able to translate project requirements into specifications for materials, equipment and services to procure.

He/She should be comfortable engaging and interacting with vendors and other external parties, to fulfil his/her responsibilities in coordinating vendor selection processes, maintaining vendor contract records and databases, and following up on vendors' deliverables.

~ Clarify bid queries with vendors.
~ Coordinate procurement operations with vendors and stakeholders.
~ Draft sourcing schedules based on project plans.
~ Gather data on vendor performance to propose improvements.
~ Gather feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of current sourcing strategies.
~ Highlight sourcing issues for management's action.
~ Maintain procurement database and documentation.
~ Maintain sourcing documentationin the procurement management system.
~ Maintain vendor information and records.
~ Manage vendor contracts.
~ Manage vendors' conformance to delivery schedules and product specifications.
~ Monitor vendor performance.
~ Prepare reports on assessments of bids received.
~ Process payments to vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 1 year relevant experience

· Excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and other parties

· Ability to plan, organize and schedule own workload

· Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and commitment

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking client.
