Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Sin Ming Ln. Our clients are doing Engine Servicing, Alternator Servicing, Control Panel Supply and Installation. You will be responsible for repairing and servicing various equipment and engines (Cummins, Volvo, Perkins, Man, Caterpillar, and Deutz) as scheduled by the Service Manager. The individual will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic circuits, including generators and control panels, and identify necessary parts for quotations. Testing and commissioning of engines and generators are also required. They should be able to read electrical and electronic drawings and conduct equipment surveys to determine the scope of repairs or services needed. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and repairing engine wiring harnesses and alternator wirings, constructing or modifying control panels (ACIDC) for engines and generators, and maintaining machinery, tools, and the service area.

Qualifications:

• 1 year relevant experience

• Basic up to $3.5k + Commission+ Transport Allowance
• North area of Singapore
• 5 days
• AWS + VB (depend on performance) + 14 days AL

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Engineering relevant courses
• 0-2 years of B2B sales experience
• Valid class 3 license

• Respond to a typical production situations and emergencies, such as process outages, critical alarms, or equipment failures, diagnose issues and take immediate corrective actions or perform manual interventions together with Manufacturing supervisor/delegate, to restore normal operations and prevent any potential safety or quality incidents.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the stability of production processes and the execution of operations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement optimization strategies.
• Assist and guide Standard Users with system-related queries and issues.
• Provide support to manufacturing operations outside of regular office hours. Attend to urgent requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
