Responsibilities

· Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content

· Write original copy for ads and social networks

· Prepare and publish articles base on content calendar

· Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues

· Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility

· Liaise with Designers to enrich text with visual aids, like images and charts

· Shape language and tone used in sales emails, banners and brochures

· Create and oversee reports on content (e.g. weekly or monthly)

· Interview clients, industry experts and internal teams

· Monitor metrics related to our content, like web traffic and conversion rates

· Ensure all content is up-to-date

· Prepare files and concept boards for review and presentation

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Marketing or similar role

· Portfolio of published articles

· Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail

· An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g. product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g. social media posts)

· Solid time-management skills

· Keyword search knowledge

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field

The Workplace Executive plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for visitors to the HQ office while providing essential support as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. This multifaceted position also involves assisting various HQ functional departments with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration Support

• Welcome and direct visitors at the reception area, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
• Always maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage incoming calls, filtering and transferring them appropriately to team members
• Collect, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries to the respective recipients
• Oversee office stationery inventory and pantry refreshments ensuring availability
• Coordinate the ordering of name cards for team members

2. Office Facilities Management

• Manage and supervise office cleaning staff to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Manage and supervise services such as air-conditioning maintenance, pest control, water dispenser servicing and liaise with building management for facility-related issues
• Coordinate fire drills and other safety measures
• Regularly review and update administration policies, including leisure programs

3. Event and Logistical Support

• Provide logistical support for Company Events, Operations Meetings, Internal Training Sessions and Social activities such as fitness programs, fruit days, marathons, annual Dinner & Dance
• Assist in office relocations, ensuring a smooth transition

4. Personal Assistant Duties

• Arrange travel logistics for senior management including flight bookings, hotel accommodations and visa applications
• Minutes taking and report collations on a weekly basis
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Support the General Manager with ad-hoc projects as assigned

5. HQ Functional Departments Support

• Provide general administrative support to all HQ departments as needed
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in office administration, facilities management and/or HR
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive working attitute with high initiative and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Chinese to liaise with vendors and colleagues in Taiwan and Hong Kong offices.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts.
• Prepare payment to suppliers, contractors and consultants.
• Update AR and follow up with the customers for the outstanding debt.
• Update daily cash flow for incoming and outgoing fund.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent, Post Graduate Diploma/ LCCI / CAT.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.
• At least 5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full set of accounts for at least 3 years.
• A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in using Moneyworks, Autocount, MYOB accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• With audit experience will be an added advantage.

OTHER INFO

• 1 year contract (can be converted into permanent role).

• With AWS + performance bonus.
• 5 days week, Monday to Friday, 9 - 6pm.
• Salary range between S$3,000 - $4,000 per month. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
