Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven individual to take on the role of Social Media & Event Marketing Specialist. This position is open at two levels—Intern and Marketing Executive—depending on experience. You will contribute to our marketing initiatives and support event execution, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow FOIT’s online presence.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with the events team to showcase projects and campaigns via social media.
• Assist in designing promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

Event Support:

• Work closely with the event team to plan, coordinate, and execute events.
• Assist with logistics, vendor management, and on-site event coordination.
• Help prepare marketing collateral and communication materials for events.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.

Requirements:
For Internship Position:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and event management.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

For Marketing Executive Position:

• Bachelor’s degree / Dip in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or event coordination.
• Proven ability to create successful social media campaigns and manage event logistics.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.

• Evaluate and redesign the organizational hierarchy, focusing on interdepartmental relationships and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in the maritime or shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and implementing remote work policies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist manager for Brand Building through integrated communication touch points
• Localization and execution of global marketing projects, including ideation, and distribution through various channels

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and measurement tools, including areas in analytics, copywriting and content creation.
• Able to build strong and strategic partnership with stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
• Highly-motivated and resourceful team player, with the ability to multi-task and work under little supervision.

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales plan, identify new business opportunities

Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatise our business

Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
