Join the NUHS Group Chief Technology Office (GCTO) that advocates flexible and innovative working culture. Successful candidate will be part of a team of Data Scientists and Software Developers who partner clinicians to propose, develop, and implement advanced Artificial Intelligence / machine learning models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows in NUHS cluster. The candidate will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the models and tools for NUHS.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning models in various clinical areas such as clinical notes, medical images, and patients’ data
• Develop, train and test AI models in the local medical domain
• Work with the team to design and architect the workflow of the data and algorithms including data input, output and storage between various health IT systems
• Lead in the gathering of requirements and data by working and coordinating with clinicians and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Work with the team to develop and deploy necessary AI models for NUHS in hybrid cloud environment
• Document clearly explaining how the algorithms have been implemented, verified and validated
• Lead project to deliver AI related research and development requirement to meet the business need

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with strong statistical modelling and machine learning skills. Graduate degree in related fields may apply
• Hands-on experience in the development of end-to-end data analytics solutions and machine learning pipeline including data exploration/extraction/crawling, data processing, and model building
• Hands-on experience on development of AI models in NLP is a plus
• Proficient with programming in Python and AI related frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Knowledge and experience in machine learning platform and services from cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with healthcare data, medical image is a plus
• Experience in leading AI projects and virtual team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technically and non-technically with ability to translate between the two

RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose

Prepare and submit daily television detailed schedules (Off Prime Time & Prime Time) and to ensure strategic placement of programme trailers/fillers in order to maximise promotional impact.

Responsibilities

• Use creative promotion spot placements to achieve maximum exposure of programmes to target audience.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Strategic Plans, and work closely with Playout, On-Air-Promotions, Marketing, Content Standards, Subtitling, Commercials, and Media Exchange Teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Work with Managers on the SOP and all requirements for Live Events and Standby for the Live Events.
• Plan daily Secondary Events (Banners & Channel Bugs), Monitor Sponsorship Loadings.
• Assist and trouble-shoot scheduling/operating issues, with consultation from Managers.
• Able to respond to last minutes changes to schedules and attentive to details.
• Complete full reconciliation of schedules to ensure no discrepancies of information and metadata.
• Run reports to monitor fulfillment of sponsorships.

About the Role:

This position is an integral part of the team and is mainly responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions. He/she need to also perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

1-year contract role.

Roles and responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare actual and budget/forecast financial reporting and presentation.
• Preparation of monthly and budget/forecast hyperion reporting for submission to Region Finance.
• Perform variance analysis and document commentaries on financial results for the respective business and operation units.
• Partner with business teams to support business decisions & strategy.
• Ensure each business and operation units costs are being forecasted and accounted properly for before month end close.
• Assist to manage outsource service provider related to month end reporting package.

Intercompany transactions Management

• Possess overview of inter-companies recharges for the entity and ensure communications with accounting team members for recharging.
• Ensure agreements are in place and maintain inter-co agreement listings up to-date.
• Ensure recharges are accurately budgeted and forecasted in respective functions.
• Analysis of variances of actuals against budgets/forecasts.

Treasury Matters

• Support in preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecast and daily cash flow report.
• Manage hedging operations, evaluation, and monitoring of daily rates.
• Support in other Treasury matters

Others

• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Review existing processes and drive for continuous improvements.
• Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in Recruitment or Sales.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

· Diploma/WSQ in Workplace Safety & Health or Facility Management in building services. Workplace Safety & Health certification shall be from an approved and recognized training institute.

· Possess at least 2 years of safety related experience preferably in themed park environment.

· Display potential leadership and communication skills and able to write / generate reports for succession planning purposes.

· Must be able to exercise initiative, judgement and make sound technical decisions and able to apply regulations and procedures in any work situations.

· Computer knowledge – Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

· Good knowledge of local workplace safety & health legislation and practices.

· Knowledge in CPR, first-aid, operating of medical equipment not limited to AED, oxygen cylinder and workplace safety & health regulations.

· Risk management trained and experience with risk management processes and tools.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

· Certified Pool Operator (CPO) with understanding of pool and water chemistry, maintenance, and safety.

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:

• Events planning and implementation based on client needs
• Provide administrative support for events and workshops
• Plan manpower roster for programme
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
• Develop informative materials for clients and volunteers
• Coordinate with external agencies for execution of programme
• Conduct outreach activities to target client group
