Who We Need

You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Business Office as one of the main touch points that deliver excellent patient experience through your interactions with patients, doctors, insurance companies and any other third parties on billing, admission and discharge matters. • Perform financial counselling which includes explanation of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/private medical insurance claims.

Duties

1. Boarding Fee Management

• Liaise and coordinate on Boarding financial processes with internal and external stakeholders, including Ministry of Education (MOE)

Job Purpose
