Introduction

The Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC) is home to a community of doctoral, postdoctoral and professorial researchers working in three main programmes: Future Cities Laboratory, Future Resilient Systems, and Future Health Technologies. It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Job description

The scope of work shall comprise of but shall not be limited to:

The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.
• You'll be responsible for preparing all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under hire purchase act and company policies.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards.
• In charge of document filling and data entry to ensure record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
