Job Scope

• Assist the Marketing Director in all digital marketing tasks.
• Develop and execute strategies to help build and grow the followers across all of the company’s social media platforms.
• Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure the company's website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.
• Oversee the company's online social media platforms, manage and schedule create assets to be posted on different platforms, ensuring regular updates of the latest promotions and information.
• Conceptualize and design visually appealing and effective creatives for digital media, including promotional materials, social media graphics, videos, and presentations based on team’s direction and brief.
• Assist in content creation and copywriting for all of the company’s social media platforms.
• Manage and work with external vendors and temp staff on all marketing campaigns (TikTok, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Class Dojo, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, LinkedIn, and etc.)
• Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through DMs on all platforms, email, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
• Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experiences (Preferably worked as Social media executive / Graphic designer cum social media marketing etc.)
• Proficiency and experience in content creation and project management for digital marketing is a plus point.
• Experience with Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working days: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
• Working Hour: 10.20am – 7.20pm (weekdays)
• Working hour: 8.30am - 6.30pm (weekends)
• Work Location: In person at Tiong Bahru office.

Customer Service Executive - EXPORTS

• Devise and execute strategies to streamline export operations and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate the export process to ensure timely loading of shipments and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation such as bookings, DG declarations, invoices, shipping documents, pre-alerts, and cargo status updates.
• Ensure data entry accuracy into the system.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, co-loaders, and logistics partners to arrange shipments and negotiate competitive rates.
• Stay informed and up-to-date with international trade laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays encountered during the shipment process.
• Analyse market trends, identify potential trade routes, and develop strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, transhipment, and import pricing to ensure seamless export operations.

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive, Organisational Excellence to join the team.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in delivery of lean training and execution of lean/process improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.

· Support project coaching sessions with internal and external stakeholders on lean projects.

· Perform time studies and observations.

· Assist stakeholders in lean implementations and follow ups.

· Assist in data analytics and project documentation.

· Monitor project progress and ensure on track.

· Ensure sustainability of improvements by standardisation of implementations and tracking of measures.

· Presentation and reporting of project outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

· Provide administrative support for the division as needed.

· Undertake secondary appointments or duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.

· At least 2 years of experience in applying Lean/Kaizen or Process Improvement methodologies. Formal qualifications of Lean or Six Sigma and experience with application in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

· Excellent written, communication and facilitation skills.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
