Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement workflow processes to optimise storage space and streamline operations.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Manage stock replenishment, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including delivery orders and invoices.
• Track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Compliance and Safety

• Enforce adherence to workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements to minimise risks.
• Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of goods to prevent damage.

Team Leadership

• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance skills and productivity.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our frozen product line by liaising with supermarket buyers, identifying new opportunities, and leading the merchandising team. You will ensure the smooth execution of strategies that expand our market presence, secure partnerships, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for supermarket and retail buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers to ensure consistent collaboration and product visibility.
• Negotiate product listings, promotional plans, and strategic shelf placements.
• Identify and research new market opportunities to grow the frozen product range.
• Propose and secure partnerships with additional supermarket chains, convenience stores, and alternative retail channels.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the frozen food market.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the merchandising team to ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are displayed effectively.
• Monitor and review merchandising team performance to address gaps and implement improvements.
• Coordinate merchandising schedules and resolve any in-store issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to retail partners.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets.
• Plan and execute product launches and in-store marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG or frozen food industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain buyer relationships.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools; experience with inventory or merchandising software is a plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position will be responsible for the marketing and sales of our products and services serving the Medical Devices and Semi-con industries. The position will cover customers in Singapore, Batam and Malaysia and reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for sales budget and goal achievements set by company.

· Actively prospect for new and potential customers.

· Manage existing customers to support their needs for our products.

· Execute sales and marketing strategies for our products and services, including working with in-house team on follow-up projects.

Experience

· At least 2-3 years relevant sales experience

The candidate should have the following requisite skills:

1. Candidate must possess Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Mechanical Engineering

2. Dynamic individual who is able to work independently and provide solutions to problems

3. Good knowledge of the industry related to Hard Disk Drive, Medical and Consumer Electronic products

4. Previous experience in electronics sales preferred
