The candidate will be part of our Procurement team responsible for sourcing Indirect Materials and consumables for Production usage and working with new and existing partners to ensure timely delivery.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing of machinery and parts would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of RPA, Power BI would be a plus point.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and manage vendors, including contract development and compliance, and vendor performance

• Issue of Purchase Order, updating of Purchase Orders status and Project Cost updating.
• Exercises a good working knowledge of materials and sources of supply and makes purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
