ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. 2. The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. Responsibilities

• Configure and manage infrastructure systems, applications, and network equipment (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, firewalls, VPN, video conferencing).
• Oversee desktops, mobile, and remote devices.

Requirements:

This is a full time role for an Indoor Sales Executive located in Penjuru. Our company is one of the food product supplier and you will be responsible for handles customer interactions primarily over the phone, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. • Monitor and check both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Reeif AP/AR when required.
• Responsible for all Group’s report submission.
• Cash flow report submission weekly.
• Prepare monthly Forecast report.
• Liaise with Commercial team and Ops team for jobs done, finalise monthly job list.
• Manage quarterly GST reporting.
• Prepare schedules for year-end audits and ensure timely submission of all statutory obligations, such as audited accounts and various returns.
• Engage with auditors and promptly respond to any inquiries.
