1. Outbound Management

• Oversee bunker ROB (Remaining On Board) and vessel fuel requirements, including notifying charterers when necessary, and managing intake quantities and onboard fuel segregation (under the guidance of the Technical Superintendent and Master).
• Make agency appointments on behalf of the vessel owners as required.
• Monitor vessel speed and fuel consumption to ensure compliance with charter party requirements.
• Gather and collect customer feedback as needed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of communication, both internal and external, along with the proper execution of customer orders from initial inquiry through delivery of product on domestic and international sales. 【Responsibilities】

• Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Cargowise
• Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
• Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines
• Check on goods for arriving shipments
• Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Coordination for import/export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments with the time line set by customers
• Ensure compliance with Company’s corporate protocol
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

【Requirements】

• GCE ‘N’/’O’/Diploma level or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry. Fresh school leavers witt the right aptitude are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in MS-Office applications
• Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. You will need to be fast, organised, and meticulous when sharing and collecting information from potential buyers. Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls)
• Search for information within our CRM to deliver accurate answers to questions from potential buyers whilst entering any new data into the listings to enrich the information
• Qualify potential buyers expressing interest in Propseller listings
• Coordinate and (re)schedule property viewings for buyers against the schedule of the assigned Real Estate Consultants / internal teams to meet team targets and maximise sales opportunities for each call/enquiry
• Track and update your team tasks and activities through our in-house tech platform
• Produce regular reports and conduct improvement-sharing sessions
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.

Ideal Candidate

You have at least 6 months of working experience, ideally in the customer service field. You are an excellent communicator with a pleasant attitude who takes ownership in answering enquiries and helping customers get the smooth and optimal viewing experience they deserve with us.

• On-target earnings of $2,800 to $3,100 / month (90% base, 10% variable)
