Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to group chats with bereaved family members.
• Answering phone calls and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Editing and printing of funeral collaterals.
• Recording and managing receipts.
• Opening and processing invoices.
• Creating video montages.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
• Booking cremation slots and handling necessary permit applications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
• Managing and packing inventories.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: Polytechnic diploma or A-Level graduates.
• Must be quick to respond, responsible, and able to work independently.

Work Arrangement:

• 6-day work week with flexible working arrangements after completing training.
• A minimum of 3 days per week must be spent in the office.

Additional Information:

• Comprehensive training will be provided during the first month.
• Salary increment upon demonstrating good performance after the first month.

Job Description

• Content Creation and Management- Outline plans for the online media calendar to ensure marketing plans are executed on time
• Review all creating, updating, and ensuring proper site products and content for social media and listing
• Digital Marketing - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and effectively plan next marketing activities to capture audiences
• Take charge and ensure optimisation of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, to acquire high-quality traffic to drive conversions
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement and leads.
• Brand Building - Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.

Requirements

• Diploma in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills for online content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM tools, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and web analytics including Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in graphic and video editing software with a keen eye for design.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
