• Support the Exec Assistant with admin functions.
• Book travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation) for team.
• Assist with visa applications and liaise with travel agencies and embassies.
• Help manage team’s calendars.
• Handle official communications, calls, and emails.
• Assist in organizing meetings and events, ensuring preparation.
• Reconcile travel and entertainment claims in line with company policy.
• Organize and maintain records and documents.
• Draft and review memos, letters, and other correspondences.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive information.
• Take meeting minutes.
• Perform other admin duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant.
