Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- BCA certification in Building Management and Fire Safety.

- Proven experience in facilities management, space planning, and contract negotiation.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations CoordinationManage day-to-day operations, including vessel arrival/departure schedules and service requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Monitor and prioritize time-sensitive issues, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient redirection.
• Process company expense payments and claims.
• Greet visitors, prepare refreshments, and provide support as needed.
• Handle correspondence, mail, and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate redirection.
• Oversee office administration, including filing systems, leave records, vendor management, and building access arrangements.
• Assist with logistical arrangements, including travel, facilitation and special events planning and execution.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
• Experience in event management will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Teams, Zoom, and Dropbox.
