Digital Marketing Executive

· Managing, creation of content in marketing materials and collateral, including videos, graphics, and posters in line with brand direction.

· Implementing online marketing content and activities including social media, work with social media partner to do basic analysis of SEO/SEM, ROI demand and lead generation.

· Familiar or willing to learn to and explore with Social Media Content Creation on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Telegram Channels.

· Familiar with export formats, scale, to insert into digital social media assets, printed collaterals. A3, A5, print of posters, banners, scaling etc.

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, cropping, clipping mask, image overlay, effects required.

· Knowledge of Adobe After effects and Lightroom is a plus.

• Draft newsletters, announcements, press releases, and media kits; support campaigns and events with strategic communication.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms, including intranet, LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website. Plan campaigns for brand visibility and track performance for optimization.
• Coordinate scriptwriting, editing, and production for corporate and product videos.
• Apply SEO best practices across digital content to improve visibility and audience reach.
• Ensure all content, communications, and materials align with brand guidelines.
• Keep up with industry trends to create fresh, innovative content that aligns with company goals.
• Track and analyze content performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop content plans for corporate events and assist with live coverage and post-event recaps.

Requirements:

• Studies in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or FlexClip.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
• Familiarity with IT or system integration industries is a plus.
