You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our landscaping business. Role Duties:

· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

• Monitor and follow up on the timely submission of employee timesheets for accurate revenue recognition.
• Ensure that the Accounts Payable (AP) month-end closing is completed within the specified timeline.
• Perform vendor verification and creation in SAP.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or Accounting related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within an MNC and a high-volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of GST regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with computerized accounting systems. Familiarity with SAP accounting system is an advantage.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on timely data submissions and accurate reporting of clinical quality indicator results. This involves data extraction and analysis, and maintaining the department’s database. You will also promote and encourage staff participation in quality improvement programmes and contribute to projects relating to Quality Improvement initiatives.

In addition, you will coordinate and support Ensure Safe System (ESS) for Quality Assurance & Risk Management and liaise with ESS stakeholders to ensure standards are met.
