Job Description

• Lead new business development initiative to expend the company revenue steams
• Intelligently reseach, identify and build strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Assist in the development of business proposals, presentation and material required for business opportuinties
• Mainain strong pre and post sales activities through you own network and direct prospecting
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• and drive business for long term growth
• Maintain tracking and record activities, updates on sales opportunity and pipeline

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or above in Sales & Marketing or related field
• Outgoing personaility with good interpersonal, public relations and negotiation skills
• Resouceful, resilent and self-motivated
• Able to strike a balance between a team player with extreme ownership mindet and an independent self-starter
• Excellent business acument and analytical skils

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6pm
• *once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm
• Working Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
• To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks)
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
• Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Advise and provide freight cost to sales department
• Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality

• Experience with import/export regulations and customs procedures
