ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES (EXECUTIVE)

Content creation and management

1. Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various channels including websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional materials
2. Craft compelling stories highlighting the impact of the social service agency’s work to attract donors and volunteers
3. Maintain and update the organisation’s content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery

Fundraising support

1. Support fundraising efforts through content that highlights the social causes, the agency’s work and impact on service-users
2. Collaborate within the team and across functions/programmes, to integrate online fundraising with offline fundraising, and align holistically with broader organisational initiatives

Others

1. Coordinate publicity and marketing collateral support for events
2. Provide event-day support for selected events, to support content creation
3. Curate and procure corporate gifts and tokens of appreciation
4. Other marketing support as needed

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Education

• Experience with demonstrated competencies in managing content marketing campaigns
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write client feature stories and newsletter articles tailored to different audiences
• Good understanding of content marketing fundamentals and tools — including content calendar, ChatGPT, UI/UX, Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Wordpress CMS, Elementor and CiviCRM is an advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an advantage
• Proficiency in fundraising systems and platforms, such as crowdfunding platforms and donor management systems, is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Non-degree holders with a strong track record and demonstrated proficiencies will be considered

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with donors, supporters, and team members
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients;
• Preparation and submission of GST returns;
• Compilation of financial statements in accordance with SFRS and Companies’ Act

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications;
• Preferably have at least 1 year working experience in preparing full set of accounts;
• Prior working experience in an accounting/audit firm will be advantageous;
• Proficiency in accounting software will be advantageous;
• Possess working knowledge on accounting and tax concepts;
• Good knowledge with FRS standards, Tax and GST regulations;
• Good interpersonal skills and self-driven;
• Able to work independently and interdependently;
• Able to provide quality work within deadline;
• Possess a high attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing administrative support of all front line patient service duties; registration, admission, billing & payment collection and liaisons for patient feedback/complaints.
• Perform patient registration meticulously with relevant admission documentations.
• Provide financial counseling, collection of deposits from patients/next of kin upon admission.
• Administer accurately daily charges incurred by patients and proactively follow up with next of kin/patients on any required deposit top ups.
• Perform patient visitation to ensure remarkable service has been rendered; to liaise with various departments, if any service recovery/investigation(s) is needed to be performed.
• Prepare bill, present and go through bill with next of kin/patient upon patient discharge and collect payment.
• Perform monthly procurement of stationery/pantry items.
• Handle any other ad-hoc assignments/projects as tasked.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 5.5 day work week
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferably in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry preferred.
• Pleasant personality with passion for service excellence.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Be responsible for sales of Spare Part, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).
• To handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints on regarding modification/spare parts/ service etc.
• To work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.
• To handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.
• To be responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
• To liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/spec/ price issue.
• To be responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process.
• Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).
• To analyze monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
