RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the public communications strategies to raise HNF's brand profile and equity
• Manage public relationships through various communication channels and platforms, i.e. website, digital, social and traditional media, campaigns and events.
• Manage and execute HNF publicity campaigns and outreach events; build relationships and regular engagement with journalists, media partners, and sponsors; writing media briefings, press releases, etc.
• Preparation of Annual Report, newsletters, brochures / catalogues, electronic direct marketing and social media content.
• Ensure that HNF:
• Keeps up its visibility with all stakeholders, and maintains cordial relations with our partners, collaborators and relevant government agencies via various communication platformsSupports HNF objectives for fund-raising, outreach and services to the community.
• Maintains personal data (e.g. public members, volunteers, sponsors, caregivers) obtained from public engagement platforms i.e. website, events, campaigns
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the said reporting officer

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or Public Relations preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Creative, insightful, anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Proactive in planning and implementation, able to multi-task, independent problem solver, meticulous with good time-management
• Able to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent communicator, strong written and spoken English. Bilingualism, and an eye for design is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office, web, digital and social media. and various graphic design or video editing software

Job Responsibilities

• Execute procurement duties such as raising Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) associated to equipment, goods and services.
• Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis to ensure orders are delivered on same day/next day as required. Keep records for all orders processed and obtain confirmation from vendors.
• Responsible to source for new or alternative supply on products and services.
• Manage purchasing activities and services based on company's needs.
• Negotiate optimal prices for goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
• Receiving products, store them into inventory, or deploy them to the kitchen team for immediate use.
• Inspecting and examining products that have been delivered to determine conformance to the purchase specifications.
• Co-ordinate with Finance department to resolve invoices discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks on stored inventory and perform stock take and flag any discrepancies based on the company’s standards.
• Practicing and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Preferably with Diploma in Procurement/Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of Procurement/Purchasing experience in F&B industry.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
• Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job scope:

-Obtain necessary quotation that meets the project specification from principals and suppliers.

-Perform purchasing and materials planning to fulfil sales and project needs.

-Prepare and issue purchase orders to principals, suppliers for engines, alternators, radiators, parts and materials needed for the company’s sales and project requirement.

-Monitor / review inventory stocking policy.

-Plan and initiate bulk purchasing to principals to gain volume discount purchase

-Tracking and follow up with principals and suppliers on the order status to ensure timely delivery

-Contact and liaise with principals and suppliers to resolve short supply, damaged goods, and other ad-hoc problems.

-Shipment coordination with principals, forwarders, and suppliers

-Negotiate with principals and suppliers on the pricing and delivery schedule.

-Prepare necessary documents and co-ordinate with account department to ensure timely payment on the agreed terms.

-Respond to internal customers for delivery schedule and outcomes of discrepancy found on the received goods.

-Perform and buying activities assigned by management.

-Any other task/project assigned by management.

- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process including but not limited to conduct site inspections, provide training, prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required.

- Required 24/7, fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.

- Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift).
