Required Qualifications:

Job Summary

As the Manager for Cybersecurity Operations in APAC, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of robust security controls and incident response mechanisms, ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks. Your collaboration with the Group Security and Governance team, regional IT, and business stakeholders will drive a unified approach to regional cybersecurity operations strategy, threat detection, and operational resilience. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of threat landscapes and a commitment to maturing DP World’s cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, OT, and IT Teams to monitor and optimize security controls, ensuring effective use of technologies like SIEM, UEBA, EDR, SOAR, next-gen firewalls, SASE, and more.
• Develop and enforce patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation processes to maintain secure and resilient systems.
• Ensure compliance with regional cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and local data privacy laws.
• Define and implement cybersecurity standards and processes across the APAC region for consistency and security excellence.
• Deploy approved cybersecurity technologies across business units to ensure secure and compliant operations.
• Track and manage metrics such as vulnerability remediation rates, incident detection numbers, and security patch timelines.
• Work closely with the Global SOC and managed security service providers to maintain effective threat detection and response capabilities.
• Develop and refine processes for threat detection, incident management, and vulnerability management to identify and resolve cybersecurity risks quickly.
• Conduct post-incident analysis and drive continuous improvements to strengthen cybersecurity defenses in the APAC region.
• Lead incident response efforts across APAC, coordinating with cybersecurity, HR, legal, compliance, and external partners for thorough and timely handling.
• Promote secure system configurations, data protection, and incident response practices, ensuring efficient handling of alerts, incident reviews, and response times.
• Provide regular cybersecurity reports to senior management, communicating risks, incidents, and strategies, and participate in regional forums to align on security requirements.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or a similar field is required; an advanced degree and certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT) are highly valued.
• 8-10 years in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing security operations teams.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices for both IT and OT (operational technology).
• Demonstrated experience in incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Proven ability to manage security operations at a regional or global level across various geographies.
• Strong technical expertise in key cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, UEBA, EDR, vulnerability management (both IT and OT), cyber threat intelligence, SOAR, next-generation firewalls, SASE, privileged access management, and network segmentation.
• Familiarity with industrial control and SCADA systems, OT protocols, and critical infrastructure, including legacy systems, is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in incident response, risk management, threat intelligence, and adherence to cybersecurity frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud security and awareness of emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at solving complex technical and cybersecurity challenges.
• Ability to stay agile with evolving cybersecurity threats and regulatory landscapes across various regions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail, prioritization, and planning skills.

• Respond to the sales team’s requests on LGI’s investment products and strategiesincluding preparation of presentation materials.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

What a Pre-Sales Senior Manager does at Visa:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Pre-sales (VGS) in the Asia Pacific region that is a self-starter, hands-on, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is client-facing and focuses on the pre-sales, solution design and technical development phases of an opportunity by supporting our regional frontline sales functions. The Solution Architects works directly with the public sector, issuing/acquiring clients as well as partners/ enablers to evaluate pain points in the iterative design thinking process and helps define the value proposition for both Visa and the client.

A key driver of success will be the ability to focus on the highest leverage activities in the face of rapid change and new information, and the ability to independently drive activities all the way to successful launches of propositions. Solution Architecture will be a focal point in our strategy to deliver world-class solutions to market, and the Pre-Sales Solution Architect is a key piece of that vision.

The Visa solution set this role will support is diverse, ranging from data sharing technical platforms, digital issuance, digital identity, artificial intelligence-based fraud detection, request-to-pay, card and account acceptance, and money movement. This role is focused on client launches in markets and by being able to give in-depth technical architecture knowledge as well as being able to understand the Asia Pacific payments market and client needs.

What we expect of you, day to day:

• Work with the dedicated VGS sales teams to support the pre-sales engagement with key distribution partners for Visa solutions (issuers, enablers, service providers), gaining deeper understanding of government needs, priorities and use cases to support the sell in cycle.
• Ideate and co-create innovative capabilities and features with digital partners and enablers combining Visa capabilities and partner capabilities to test new use cases, product features and recommended deployment approaches using a digital-first mindset and the contemporary product management techniques of digital native companies (e.g., human centred design, minimum viable product, rapid prototyping, etc.
• Support the development of Government technology needs or partnership integration requirements into Visa Technology requirements for prioritisation, scoping and build
• Support developing joined up solutions that leverage Visa digital technologies including VisaNet, CyberSource, Visa Secure, Tokenisation, Click to Pay, Visa Risk Manager, Visa Developer Consumer Control APIs etc
• Support thought leadership on Government payment processing options that blend Visa and partner capabilities with broad government agendas and national payments infrastructure
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Visa’s capabilities to complement your understanding of national payments infrastructure and trends in payments generally plus the ability to think holistically about the design of a new offering and the implications related to both the customer’s experience as well as the organization’s ability to implement and scale

Government payments often contribute between 30-40% of total market payments and governments everywhere are investing heavily to modernise and digitise their infrastructure.
