CM Manpower Pte Ltd is a Casual Labour supply company & we co-ordinate and customizes solutions in the Hotel and F&B industries as well as employees; Majority in F&B, Retail & Hotels, and Hotel Housekeeping is looking for suitable, passionate candidates to join the team.
As the Operation Manager, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Company with the responsibilities and tasked to oversee the daily operation and ensure compliance and adherence to the SOP. Your ability to connect with our personnel across all levels will be an asset for the Company hence your desire to communicate and drive performance must be strong.
Job Description:
1. Manage the entire recruitment process from interviewing to new hire on boarding
2. Ensure compliance to operation SOP and checklists
3. Be the first line of approver for compensation and benefits payments to employees.
4. Conduct monthly job analysis with employees & client and send the report to top management for review
5. Propose training programs for new employees in consultation with reporting manager.
6. Update and review operation SOP and checklists whenever changes are required
7. Conduct quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reviews with top management to ensure personnel are kept abreast of their performance and to match expectations between both parties
8. Follow-up on pending matters and drive performance through various operational tools
9. Oversee and supervise the duties of assistants to ensure compliance to given SOP and checklists
10. Review, revise and explain operation policies and procedures
11. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

· Independent, fast learner with the desire to improve and innovate to meet the demands of this dynamic role
· Good analytical, interpersonal, coordination and strong follow-up skills are prerequisites.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also a team player
· Enjoys seeking problems and actively devising solutions to resolve it
Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant manpower industry working experience preferred.
