1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. In addition, the CSM will ensure that customer support staff in all APAC regions are compliant to required procedures and performing to KPI targets.

As a Product Manager for our cutting-edge hardware-based cybersecurity product, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing management post-launch. You will work closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the product meets market demands and drives business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Product Strategy:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

Job Scope:

1. Programme Coordination: Coordinate events and engagements that facilitate meaningful interactions and dialogue between volunteers and participants.

2. Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local organisations, schools, and other stakeholders, recognising them as key collaborators in the development and execution of the community programmes.

3. Operations Management: Work with appointed Event Management Company to manage the complex scheduling requirements for the programme – ensuring the successful assignment of suitable volunteers to event timeslots. To also manage all logistical matters to ensure programme effectiveness.

4. Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of the programme, gather feedback from stakeholders, and prepare reports to assess the impact and success of the initiative. When required, to be on-site at the programme venue to evaluate performance of facilitators and volunteers, and implement suitable interventions should programme quality fall short.

5. Budget Management: Monitor and track budget utilisation of assigned programmes and prepare reports for proper accountability of funds and resources.
