Position Summary

The Vessel Managers are the ‘front line’ operators heading their ship management teams. Vessel Managers are fully supported in their role by Marine & Technical Services, HSEQ, Marine Assurance, Marine HR, and Financial Analysts.

Major Responsibilities

• Drive vetting performance onboard assigned vessels. Work with Marine Assurance and senior ship staff to ensure vessels are always prepared and ready for vetting inspections. Ensure timely and accurate closure of any vetting findings thus maintaining vessel vetting status.
• Working with ship staff, Fleet Support Officers, Business Development, and Financial Analysts to ensure that all legislative requirements and yearly maintenance are captured in the budget process, such that all budgetary timelines are met for both internal stakeholders and external customers, where applicable attend annual OPEX Budget meetings with customers.
• Where appropriate and in accordance with individual customer requirements and at the direction of the Fleet Manager, represent the company at required annual performance meetings, customer interface meetings, JV partnership meetings and industry specific project forums.
• As required by senior management, undertake additional tasking out with normal job responsibility to support the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Valid or expired Maritime Certificate of Competency (Master/Chief Engineer Unlimited) or relevant experience as Vessel Manager of Gas Carriers.

Seeking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead product implementation and operations for one of our core corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, development and execution for the core corporate functions
• Develop, formalise and drive the execution of product roadmaps focusing on long-term sustainability and WOG reusability
• Work closely with business user groups to gather, analyse and harmonise business requirements
• Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into actionable product features
• Proactively identify and resolve product-related challenges
• Drive continuous product enhancement to ensure operational relevance
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate cross-functional communication
• Oversee day-to-day product operations and drive performance improvements
• Conduct product training to core business users and end users

The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety protocols and environment management systems within the organization. This role ensures compliance with government regulations and industry standards, aiming to create a safe and sustainable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Management

· Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.

· Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all employees are aware of the risks and safe practices in their work environment.

· Oversee incident investigations and ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrences.

· Organize and conduct safety training sessions and drills.

Environmental Management

· Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

· Monitor and analyze environmental metrics to identify areas for improvement.

· Promote sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Regulatory Compliance

· Stay updated on HSE regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.

· Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required.

· Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a managerial capacity.

· Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

· Registered WSHO & FSM.

· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment

The HSE Manager typically works in an office setting but is required to spend time on-site to conduct inspections and audits. This role may involve exposure to hazardous conditions and requires adherence to strict safety protocols.

Reporting

The HSE Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or another senior executive, depending on the organization's structure.

Job Descriptions:

· Manage the day-to-day site operations, deal with site technical & design issues, communicate & liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers & key stakeholders of project from beginning to till final completion of project.

· Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are smooth in operation and completing on time, within budget, good quality and to the satisfaction of clients.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

· Attend all required project meetings with consultants and clients, including necessary follow-ups and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

· Setting up site meeting with subcontractors, internal team members, and project related vendors to ensure effective progress of project.

· Identify project risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

· To protect company’s interest, minimizing company’s liability and risks exposure in the operation of projects on-site.

· Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and ensure site safety measures are always in place.

· Evaluation of Monthly Progressive Claim to Consultants & Client.

· Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors/suppliers with the Project QS/Purchaser till the settlement of final account.

· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.

· Report to Project Directors & Senior Project Managers and to take responsibility on any other roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building/civil construction projects including interior design and construction industry.

· Good leadership and people management skills.

Job Responsibilities（工作职责）:

(1) Assist the Project Manager & Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of the Project.

(2) Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.

(3) Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.

(4) Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.

(5) Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.

(6) Ensure the work complies with authority regulations & requirements and project deadline is met.

(7) Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Superiors.

Job Requirements（工作要求）:
