Tender Management:

Contract Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of all contracts, agreements, and amendments.

Risk Assessment and Compliance:

• Review tenders focusing on sales governance to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Assess risks associated with deals, providing insights to bid teams and decision-makers.
• Escalate high-risk bids to appropriate approvers, facilitating necessary approvals and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a key communicator to internal and external stakeholders on contractual and financial matters related to data center development.
• Engage and liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining a registry of approved providers.
• Provide guidance and coaching to bid teams on bid development, risk assessment, and compliance.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain and update the development cost database, providing regular cost reports and analysis.
• Assist in developing and implementing reporting tools to measure key contract metrics.
• Capture and analyze bid submission data, offering insights to improve future tender strategies.
• Compile progress, Win/Loss and lessons learnt reports.

Requirements:

(*) The PBT System is the most advanced radiotherapy system composed of a particle accelerator, rotating gantry and its control systems etc.

The Deputy Site Service Manager will be responsible for daily technical operation and maintenance of the PBT system installed at National Cancer Centre Singapore and will lead a team “Service and Maintenance Organization (SMO)” and supervise its activities. The Deputy Site Service Manager will be a primary contact point for the customer and Hitachi teams for any troubleshooting at site.

Job Description

• Formulate sales strategies and conduct sales activities including preparation of proposals for JGCAP covering Singapore and its neighboring markets in APAC region. Requirements

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights. It involves addressing the client’s needs including preliminary project design and coordinating with technical and account departments on project execution. The Project Development Manager’s key responsibilities include the following:

• Source and identify project leads, primarily in Singapore and potentially for South East Asia region
• Prepare & submit proposals, ensure timely responses to RFPs and RFQs, manage, review and coordinate project quotations, bids and tender submission for the Company
• Collaborate with design & project management teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals that consider optimal PV performance, constructability and project schedules. Ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution.
• Prepare PV system performance and financial analysis from building owner & developer perspective. Serve as primary contact point for clients throughout project lifecycle.
