- Min 2 years Restaurant Management experience
- Possess Wine/Sake serving experience/knowledge (relevant certifications such as WSET will be highly advantageous)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Sun), 2pm-11pm
- Location: Sentosa (Shuttle Bus provided at HarbourFront MRT Station)
- Salary: $3,500 - $4,300 Basic + Meal & Transport Allowances + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities
- Attend to Diners' needs or requests promptly and professionally.
- Present Menu, Take Orders, Suggest and Recommend Dishes according to Diners' preferences
- Maintain records of Guest List and Dining History
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef & Restaurant Manager
- Ensure that the Restaurant and Dining Area(s) are set up before daily service starts
- Perform Restaurant Opening and Closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep the restaurant at all times
Requirements
- MUST possess either Japanese Restaurant or Fine Dining background
- Min 2 years Restaurant Management experience
- Possess Wine/Sake serving experience/knowledge (relevant certifications will be highly advantageous)
- Able to perform Shift work; including weekends and public holidays
