• Proven experience in managing a department - including clinical issues, patients' complaints, manpower planning, budgeting, performance appraisal and staff issues
• A recognised Nursing Degree
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board

• Must be bilingual and PC-literate
• Able to work shift hours

Position Summary: As a Restaurant Manager for our Chinese restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members. This role requires a commitment to working on weekends and public holidays to maintain smooth restaurant operations during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

· Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

· Oversee staff scheduling, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

· Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

· Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

2. Customer Service:

· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

· Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

· Train and supervise staff to deliver outstanding service.

3. Staff Management:

· Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support staff.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

· Create and maintain a positive and motivated work environment.

4. Financial Management:

· Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor and food costs.

· Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

· Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

5. Menu and Quality Control:

· Collaborate with the chef to develop and update the restaurant's menu.

· Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.

· Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.

6. Health and Safety:

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

· Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.

· Train staff on safety protocols.

7. Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

· Plan and organize special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

· Engage with the local community to build the restaurant's reputation.

8. Administrative Tasks:

· Handle administrative duties, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and reporting.

· Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and booking arrangements.

· Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Chinese restaurant or a similar dining establishment.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

· Familiarity with restaurant management software and financial tools.

· A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

· Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed to support restaurant operations.

The Project Coordination Analyst plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop, deploy, and upgrade software and hardware. He/She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences. This position coordinates deployments and implementations and facilitates activities to ensure programs and projects are implemented successfully and meet established deadlines and budget.

Key Accountabilities:

• Leads project teams to achieve business results and to meet customer (both internal and external) requirements.
• Creates, prepares, and maintains project plans to estimate resources, plan, define goals, establish metrics, assess risks, develop cost plans, and provide stakeholder reports
• Leads meetings on project progress (e.g., issues, impacts, challenges, resolutions, action items, resources, deliverables, schedules, etc.) to achieve objectives on time and within budget
• Interacts with internal cross function groups, vendors and customers to clarify project and business needs.
• Maintains relationships among key stakeholders and technical groups to facilitate technical problem resolution.
• Communicates status to senior management on issues, concerns, and risks to recommend solutions and to ensure products meet customer's needs.
• Tracks milestones and deliverables to ensure project is on time and within budget. Manages the change control process to ensure project deliverables are formally reviewed, completed within planned cost and timeframe, and closed.
• Leads and clarifies product planning and design collaborations with project team members to coordinate deployments.
• Evaluates project to determine risk factors.
• Acts as a field and I.S. partner consultant to review, evaluate, and communicate progress on system release scheduling.
• Conducts post-release reviews to verify accuracy.
• Reviews release processes and procedures to verify operations and user community controls are applied

Key Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified is an advantage
• At least 3 to 5 years hands on implementation and IT project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Hands on approach with a can-do attitude, self-driven and agile
• Job will require candidate to interact with groups on different time zones, e.g. US time
• Travelling may be required depending on project requirements, estimated to be 25%
• Experienced in handling large and complex projects across multiple countries in the region
