Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent, with 4 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Criteria:

• Bachelor's level degree with a marketing major or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience and expertise in education student recruitment and marketing
• High-level communication skills, both verbal and written, in the prevailing language of the market
• Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships
• Strong understanding of contemporary marketing methodology, including the use of technology as a marketing aid High level of IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
