Responsibilities:

· Lead and Schedule Operation department team daily schedule (Supervisors and Technicians)

· Deliver cost budgeting and practice lean resource management to drive operation cost down with the use of IT and technology

• Work alongside the DCBM Manager to commercially manage all projects in the region
• Management of cost insights and cost analytics for lease fit-out projects in the region, including cost KPI's and development of Power BI dashboards
