• Plan and manage the program’s budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with project requirements.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:

• Identify potential risks or challenges in program implementation and proactively develop solutions to address them.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and maintain program implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure the timely progress of objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations to update stakeholders on program implementation progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the biotech industry or public sector, particularly with familiarity in biotech or healthcare, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in coordinating programs or initiatives.
• Familiarity with research initiatives, leadership development, or collaborative projects in biotech or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and experts.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Singapore’s biotech industry landscape and its ecosystem.
• Experience designing and implementing professional development programs for company leaders.
