Overview

Fleek TCM is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Job Description:

• Play a key role in determining appropriate investment strategies and generating investment ideas for the portfolio.
• Responsible for establishing funds which are more Fixed income related.
• Keep abreast of market trends and risks that could affect the fund performance. Implement effective daily operational controls and processes for managing of the fund.
• Present investment ideas and report the performance of the portfolio to the investment committee and work closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are complied with.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the performance delivery of facility management service at respective zones

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Building Managers, Technical Executive, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to ensure day-to-day operations at assigned buildings

• Identify and troubleshoot problems and provide professional advice to the team

• Develop standard operation procedure and internal work flow to maintain smooth operation at sites

• Manage relation to client/ authorities, being the liaising point of contact

• Oversee area budgeting and expenses

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date servicing records, equipment inventory and history records etc for traceability and audit purposes.

6. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Processing

• Payroll Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within banking or financial services.

About the role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive highest possible revenue and profits with clients across the defined territory, by developing solutions from across the Wiley portfolio of content whilst supporting our clients in achieving their promotional and educational objectives. Qualifications:

• Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel will be preferred.
• Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager conducted by training providers accredited by MOM will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.
• Experience in managing building construction projects, including developing project schedules, risk management, overseeing project budgets, timelines, and compliance with regulations.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Project Management software.
• Familiar with Building Control Act 1989 and its latest revisions, having a working knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements.
• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures.

Duties:

• Full-time on site in performing the project management and day-to-day operations.

Salary Range:

• “All-in" compensation of $9,000 to $10,000.
