The Manager of Project Procurement will lead procurement, supplier relationships, and supply chain management activities for RGE’s projects, especially renewable energy projects. The candidate will manage the procurement lifecycle for all project equipment purchases, including related services. This encompasses sourcing, evaluation and negotiation to contractual completions, for solar panels, energy storage systems, electrical & transmission equipment, subsea cables, and related EPC contractors. The role will be based in Singapore and reports directly to RGE Group Head of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute procurement strategy for required equipment supplies, aligning with the projects’ budget, technical specifications, timelines, as well as minimizing sourcing & delivery risks.
• Liaise with Project teams to determine project requirements clearly, including Notice to Proceed (NTP) date, project specifications, services required etc.
