Our client, a leading local bank in Singapore, is seeking a procurement analyst to join their Group Procurement team on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Job Description:
Provide services to support the procurement activities in mitigating any potential risks in the following areas (including but not limited to):
- Review and support all technology sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ requests, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, conduct market research, contract renewals etc.)
- Provide timely advice to internal stakeholders on the procurement activities relating to sourcing and contractual matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
- Manage the procurement governance and risk matters (Identify and mitigate risks within the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and compliance risks etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma any discipline
- Minimum at least 1 to 3years of procurement experience in IT Hardware, Software & Professional Services knowledge, Telco and Project Management
- Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, data analytics skills would be advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint
- Positive with good attitude, eager to learn, Project management skill
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
