Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible

• Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities.
• Manage and handle all client contracts, including contractors and sub-contractors for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks.
• Manage and handle all A&A works, including preparing technical and economical offer, planning resources, and executing the job within the required deadline.
• Coordinate and enact site safety & quality programs, while making sure safety & quality policies are maintained.
• Ensure the efficiency and operational capacity of the BMS/IBMS systems.
• Prepare operation reports, maintenance budgets, and provide related analysis.
• Make sure that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met.
• Handle all the facilities planning, resource deployment, and cost estimations for equipment and facilities.
• Manage, handle, and supervise all facilities engineers and technicians, provide guidance and mentorship as well as orientation for new recruited staff.
• Develop various facilities maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues.
• Attend regular meetings with customers as well as internal departmental briefings.
• Prepare and file all relevant reports with the government and regulatory authorities as well as for internal company auditing purposes.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 5 years of professional work experience in Facility Maintenance.
• Good understanding of maintenance environments, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Experience in maintenance/troubleshooting of Building Maintenance System (BMS), Extra Low Voltage systems (ELV), DDC/PLC programming and SCADA design & operation.
• Experience in serving multiple customers.

QUALIFICATION

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management) or any other relevant discipline from a reputable local or foreign university or polytechnic.
• Certification in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
• Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects
• Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.
• Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Department and proven experience in construction project planning especially specialize in architectural coordination and have sound knowledge in construction methods and practices.
• Strong in IT-based project management software such as MS Projects & Excel.
• Prefer with R&R / Town Council project experience
• Only Singaporean and PR ,Malaysian are welcome. Must possess a relevant degree in Building or Engineering.
