What's the role?

The Freight Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our freight invoice audit processes. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of freight billing practices and have competency in optimizing invoice audit processes. What we need:

Reporting to Vice President (Infrastructure Operations), the role will develop a qualified vendors management program with approved specifications, delivery timeline and unit costs per country operations, which will be used to support Sales Engineering with prompt Costing & timeline estimates for potential customer requirement. Key responsibilities:

· Develop and implement procurement strategies to identify & onboard reliable vendors / suppliers to provide standard products, materials & services to deliver DE services and where possible, to have vendor diversity by having 2 pre-qualified suppliers per products / services
