We are seeking a proactive and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Business Central, in the Finance department. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of REC's IP plans and maintaining IP processes based on established policies. • Monitor and docket patent/design prosecution deadlines
• Work closely with REC Legal and external counsels to coordinate patent/design drafting, filing and prosecution worldwide

1. Technical Documentation Support:

     • Detailed Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (dFFA)
     • SSPD
     • Quality Risk Assessments (QRA)
     • Technical Run Monitoring Protocols/Reports

     • Validation Control Strategies (VCS)
2. Process Validation Support:
   • Collaborate with the Validation Lead to draft, review, and finalize process validation protocols and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams within organization, to facilitate the writing, review, and approval process for technical transfer documentation.
4. Timely Documentation Delivery:
   • Ensure the completion of technical transfer documentation within established timelines and in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
5. Support for Additional Tasks:
   • Provide assistance to the Technical Transfer Team by undertaking other related assignments as directed by the Senior Technical Transfer and Technology Lead.

The Services required are set out as follows:

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) & AV support for school events

General AV Operations

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment within the school premises.

• The Personnel shall provide technical support in lighting, audio, video, and stage management for events organized by the Authority or external parties.

Lighting

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and manage lighting equipment to ensure optimal illumination and ambiance during events.

Audio

• The Personnel shall set up and manage audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue).

• The Personnel shall ensure optimal sound quality for live audiences and recordings, including balancing audio levels, managing live feeds and delivering clear audio for speeches, music and other event components.

Video

• The Personnel shall operate video equipment such as cameras, projectors, and editing tools.

• The Personnel shall perform live-streaming, event recording, and display visual elements.

• The Personnel shall ensure video quality and content align with the events’ objectives.

Stage Management

• The Personnel shall set up and manage the physical stage, ensuring safety, proper arrangement, and necessary equipment such as podiums and seating.

• The Personnel shall coordinate transitions between event segments (e.g., speeches, performances, presentations) with the Authority's staff.

AV Support for Staff and Students

• The Personnel shall assist in setting up ICT/AV equipment for events, meetings, and lessons.

• The Personnel shall provide video recording support for school events and lessons.

• The Personnel shall supervise students tasked with video recording events.

• The Personnel shall conduct AV training sessions for students and staff.

ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

• The Personnel shall collaborate with the SH (ICT) / ICT Manager to propose solutions addressing ICT/AV challenges, including technical specifications and cost assessments.

• The Personnel shall support the Authority in procurement processes for ICT/AV solutions and services, such as the following:

• Requirement Gathering: The Personnel shall assist the ICT department in gathering specific user requirements for AV equipment

• Demo and Testing Coordination: The Personnel shall with with ICT department to organize and oversee product demonstrations or testing of proposed AV solutions to assess their functionality and suitability for the Authority's needs.

• Vendor and Liaison: The Personnel shall work with the ICT department to liaise with selected vendors during installation and commissioning.

ICT & AV Resource Management

• The Personnel shall assist in managing the Authority's ICT/AV resources.

• The Personnel shall conduct annual maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repairs of ICT/AV hardware.

Media Post-Production

Video Editing

• The Personnel shall compile raw footage, arrange clips and create cohesive narratives.

• The Personnel shall add titles, subtitles and on-screen graphics and animations to enhance video content.

Sound Editing and Mixing

• The Personnel shall edit dialogue, remove unwanted sounds, and enhance audio clarity.

• The Personnel shall add ambient sounds, sound effects, or music to enrich audio quality.

• The Personnel shall select and propose suitable music tracks for videos.

Other Tasks

• Any other duties assigned by the Authority.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following experience:

• At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of professional AV system.

The Personnel should preferably have the following experience and qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of video system.

• At least 1 year experience in multimedia content editing.

• At least 1 qualification in one of the fields; professional lightings system, professional audio system, video system or multimedia content editing.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The QEHS Specialist support the Singapore team and assist in all EHS related compliance and performance of TES Singapore sites, which includes emergency response (drills and TTX), incident investigation and IH monitoring. Also, includes all Environmental related matters, global EHS procedures & programs and overall lead for all EHSQMS / R2 audits, 3rd party certifications and customer audits as well as supporting Group EHS reporting.

Environment:

• Compilation and submission of annual recycling data and other relating environment related info to relevant competent authorities.
• Reporting of EHS performance metric and activities to Group EHS Manager.
• Provide guidance on QEHS best practice principles, techniques and culture in Singapore sites.

Audit:

• To assist in third-party audits (ie. QEHSMS & R2) and key customer QEHS audits, providing resources and preparing Singapore sites with upcoming audits, tracking and reporting audit results, and monitoring closure of corrective actions.
• Conduct QEHS audit program for Singapore sites to ensure compliance to QEHS regulations and Global EHS standards. Track & report audit results and monitor closure of corrective actions.

Other support:

• Support the development & implementation of TES-AMM Singapore QEHS procedures and programs.
• Provide coordination and administrative support to QEHSMS & R2 certification program in Singapore.
• Support global initiative programs / activities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering discipline and registered WSHO and FSM.
• Good report writing skills and familiar with Microsoft office.
• Trained in/ familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 and Responsible Recycling (R2) or equivalent.
• Experience with handling government agencies and knowledge in license and permit application from agencies such as NEA, MOM, SCDF, PUB and SPF.
• At least 2-4 years of working experience as in WSH related fields or equivalent in manufacturing / electronic or chemical industries.
