We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Accounting Specialist with at least 3 years of full set accounting experience and exposure to the SaaS industry. Working with our SG and US accounting firms, he/she will be put in charge of the accounting for both our SG and US entities. Work Scope (part-time 3-4 days per week)

• Book and file expense invoices according to cost centers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years for Bachelor degree holders, or 5 years for diploma holders, of full set accounting experience, preferably in the cloud-based SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with the Singapore accounting standards, including deferred revenue accounting. Experience with the US accounting standards is of advantage.
• Proactive, clear and efficient communication in English (written and verbal).
• Tech savvy, familiar with Quickbooks Online, Gmail, G-Suite and Microsoft Excel. Preference is given for strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot table and vlookup.
