Duration: 6 Months Contract

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30am - 5.15pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Hrbrid arrangement)

Job Scope

• Manage the day to day email communication with customers and distributions
• Provide quality customer service through reviewing, assessing and providing the response in a timely manner
• Work with different business units to provide a one stop solution to the customers
• Resolve feedback or issues raised by customers or sales representatives
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder/ Diploma holder in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution and in a customer service role
• Knowledge in Lifeasia, CRM and communication tools is an advantage
• Knowledge in financial or insurance products is an advantage
