Role

The Document Imaging Specialist (Team Leader) is a member of a team responsible for service delivery through efficient scanning operations at an Iron Mountain customer site. It is paramount for the Document Imaging Specialist to be able to provide a balance between efficiency and cost consciousness while delighting the customer by exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee for all workplace activities within the team, assign tasks to team members, and be responsible for the success of team initiatives.
• Coaching to improve team member skill sets and identifying areas for improvement.
• Respond to customer enquiry and problem solving.
• Consolidate daily/ weekly and monthly report.
• Conduct staffs training
• Deliver a great service and build strong trusted relationships with client
• Deliver a range of Document Imaging services and support to the client with minimal or no supervision
• Receive, sort, batch and prepare hard copy documents for scanning
• Remove all bindings correctly, without degrading the hard copy document.
• Repair and prepare hard copy documents for auto-feed scanning as required.
• Operate and maintain high-speed production scanners equipment to scan hardcopy documents to digital form
• Ensure that all required physical pages are scanned and all scanned images are clear, complete and orientated correctly
• Capture data from scanned images accurately and completely within keystrokes performance measurements
• Perform quality checks on scanning, data entry and final digital output; rework as required.
• Restore hard copy documents to original form as required for packing into archive boxes
• Ensure daily record keeping functions are completed and reporting information is maintained
• Collaborate with the team to problem solve to ensure efficient service delivery that meets SLA
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
• All other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-year experience in document processing in a regulated industry (applicants without experience will be considered for entry-level position)
• Minimum “O” Level Certification
• Previous scanning and indexing experience will be added advantage
• Excellent customer service mind-set and good communication skills
• Proven record working in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment with little to no errors
• Absolute team player, and look to enjoy working with a close-knit team
• Attention to detail, responsible and organized
• Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Word
• Willing to be deployed across different sites on short notice
• Willing to OT as per required
• Acceptable to do cross-functional learning/job rotation as per Management’s request

Position Objective

The Centre Manager, Outpatient Services is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including Clinic Assistants and Nurses, and ensuring smooth clinical operations and patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in overseeing the daily operations of nursing services and patient care
• Direct, supervise and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of all nursing and patient-care-related activities.
• Review, implement and evaluate procedures and policies according to established standards of nursing practices.
• Provide clinical supervision to the nurses and clinic assistants.
• Monitor and ensure cost-effectiveness in the usage and maintenance of clinical resources.
• Collaborate with the specialists and doctors to implement best practices and efficient processes, and with Management in the development of long-term business plans for the clinics.
• Ensure nursing services meet and adhere to licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide support and guidance to enhance the staff’s professional development based on individual training needs.
• Resolve public relations issues and provide service recovery when required.
• Liaise with the company’s stakeholders and corporate partners to ensure smooth clinical experiences for our patients.
• Collaborate with other departments to put in place best practices and ensure efficient processes for the clinics.
• Assist with all audits to be conducted on nursing practices and the clinics.
• Maintain a professional relationship with third parties, such as overseas agents and timely respond to their enquiries according to MOH regulations and company policies.
• Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Registered Nurse practising license
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience within clinical environments, coupled with supervisory expertise.
• Experience in performing e-filling for Medisave and Insurance claims
• Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board)
• Prior O&G and IVF experience will be advantageous
• Enjoy interaction with people
